How It All Started
It all began with a call from Sue.
In 2008, we received a call from Sue, the executive director of a community living agency in Winnipeg. Overwhelmed by endless paperwork and complicated processes, she reached out for help. When we visited Sue’s office, we saw firsthand the chaos—handwritten timesheets and stressful Saturday afternoons spent sorting through them. We knew there had to be a better way.
What started as an idea to fix Sue’s problem soon grew into something bigger. We realized that thousands of other agencies were facing similar challenges. It became clear: community living agencies needed a software solution built just for them. And that’s how Inclusion System was born.

We set out to create something better.
Since that day, we’ve been working alongside agencies like Sue’s, continuously improving and refining our system. We didn’t just want to build software—we wanted to build relationships. That’s why Inclusion System comes with free, live support and a commitment to continuous development. Over the last 16 years, we’ve grown and learned with the community living industry, creating tools that solve real problems.
